Our Guided Safaris are neither easy nor difficult. However for safety reasons, we recommend against taking children under 8 years, but we have had people over 70 years of age on our safaris. You require a reasonable standard of fitness, however our fully trained and experienced guides are approved by the Australian Canoe Federation and have contingency plans for all occasions as well as satellite communication with Elanda Base at all time.
WHAT WE PROVIDE ON OUR GUIDED SAFARISWe provide all canoes, paddles buoyancy vests and a dry bag, containing a water bottle, for your day gear, camera, etc. Our food is incredible, morning teas on the Everglads Half Day Guided Canoe Safari. Where applicable we provide all landcruiser taxi and watertaxi transport for you and your personal gear. You should have no need to bring cash or credit cards on our guided safaris, and we will provide free storage of luggage and valuables at Elanda Point for customers of our guided safaris. We also provide secure undercover parking for your vehicle while you're away. |
